What gives you hope amid these very trying times?

We are an inclusive community of faith seeking to be obedient to Jesus’ teachings and model his love.

Grace Anglican is a vibrant, thriving community of individuals and families who are grateful for the life and vitality our Brantford community offers. The news isn’t so good these days, but God made another promise: “In the tender compassion of our God, the dawn from on high shall break upon us, to shine on those who dwell in darkness and the shadow of death, and to guide our feet into the way of peace.”

Come and see, you’re all welcome.

The Reverend Paul Silcox

Worship Service

We are so glad you found us! We hope that you will come see us on at the corner of West and Albion in Brantford. The church is right across from the Bell Memorial Park and takes up the block between Pearl and Albion.

Our usual worship times are as follows:

Sunday 10:00 am

Due to Covid 19, only one service is held, that being at 10:00am.  We are adhering to all safety protocols and so hope that you will be able to join us.  If not, our services are recorded and available online.  Video links can be found here.

Weddings

We’re always delighted to hear from couples who’d like to get married at Grace Anglican. A wedding is a unique and special day for you, when you make promises to each other that will shape the rest of your lives. Getting married in the church means you will be including the traditional prayers and hymns in your service, and you will know God’s blessing on you. For more information about whether you have a qualifying connection to get married at Grace, please contact the Church Office.

Funerals and End of Life Pastoral Care

At Grace we are always here to help you through one of life’s most challenging times, when someone you love has died. Our clergy will arrange to meet you, so we can help make sure the service is just as you’d like it to be. A Christian funeral draws upon beautiful and traditional words and music, so your loved one’s life can be celebrated, and they can be commended to God’s care and protection. For more information please contact the Church Office as soon as you are able.

Baptisms

We’d be pleased to hear from you if you’d like to find out about having your child christened at Grace. It’s a service when they have water poured over them, and when their identity is ‘lined up’ with God. It begins a wonderful spiritual life-journey for your child and is a special day of celebration for family and friends. Adults can be baptised as well. Please contact the Church Office if you’d like to find out more.

I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me
