Bishop Townshend has appointed The Reverend Dr. Lisa Wang as Vicar to the Parish of the Transfiguration (Church of the Advent, Ridgetown; St. Matthew’s, Florence; St. John’s-in-the-Woods, Aughrim; Church of the Redeemer, Highgate; Christ Church, Dresden, Trinity Chapel of Ease, Howard)effective April 1, 2020.

Bishop Townshend and the Honorary Secretaries of Synod announce that the Synod planned for May 24-26, 2020 has been postponed until the fall.  More details to follow.

HURON CHURCH HOUSE CLOSED
Due to request of public health officials that all persons assist in slowing the spread of the COVID-19 virus by social distancing and in order to protect our staff and those they may come in contact with,  Huron Church House was closed from March 16th.

Our staff is still working but from their homes.  They can be reached through their regular email addresses and phone extensions. (The phones have been forwarded.)  That information can be found at  https://diohuron.org/contact-us/.

All scheduled meetings and appointments will either take place by Zoom or will be postponed.  Should you have any questions about a meeting or appointment, please be in touch with the appropriate staff member.
